Major US Insurer

Brandex iMarkets was asked by our client, a US Insurer, to assist one of their
larger scheme brokers to review its current scheme and to assist in ensuring
the scheme maintained its position as the number one scheme in its particular
trade area.

Analysis of the Brokers website and with our experience of making best use of
Google Analytics, it was recommended that site behaviour was investigated to
reduce ‘drop off’ from their website and reduction of the question set in line with
the ‘drop off’. Use of ‘Statement of fact’ to reduce the number of questions also
helped in making the website user friendly.
